Access

Unfortunately, we don’t have a lift to facilitate access to the Resources Library or our offices on the first and second floors. Contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Directions from Norwich Railway Station

  1. Follow the walkway in front of the station across the car park towards Prince of Wales Road and the pedestrian crossing onto Foundry Bridge.
  2. Cross Foundry Bridge passing The Compleat Angler on your right, and continue along the right-hand side of Prince of Wales Road, keeping right where the road splits by KwikFit, until you reach Anglia (Television) House on your left.
  3. Turn onto Bank Plain at the second junction opposite Anglia (Television) House. Continue along this road as it turn into Redwell Street then bears left, downhill, becoming St Andrews Street.
  4. The road second left is Exchange Street. NEAD is located at no. 38, at the bottom of the street. Entrance to NEAD is via the back door, from the alley behind no. 38 (access from St Andrews Street): the second door up, labelled NEAD.

Directions from Norwich Bus Station

  1. Leaving the Bus Station (in the downhill direction), turn left into Surrey Street.
  2. Turn right at the traffic lights at the junction with St Stephens Street (vehicles cannot turn right here).
  3. Continue a short way then turn left over the first pedestrian junction. Coming onto Rampant Horse Street, continue with Marks & Spencers now on your left.
  4. Cross the road at the next pedestrian crossing onto Haymarket, a pedestrianised shopping street, so that Debenhams is on your right. Continue along this pedestrianised area, which becomes Gentleman’s Walk, passing Norwich Market on your left.
  5. When the pedestrianised area ends, continue in the same direction on the pavement, passing the corner entrance to Jarrolds on your right. This is Exchange Street.
  6. NEAD is located at no. 38, at the bottom of the street. Entrance to NEAD is via the back door, from the alley behind no. 38 (access from St Andrews Street): the second door up, labelled NEAD.
