World Music & Dance Nights
Music is the great cheer–up in the languages of all countries.
World Music & Dance Nights are fund-raising events for NEAD which aim to promote greater multicultural awareness and understanding, while supporting local DJs and bands.
Past events have included tastes of Klezmer, Brazilian folk, Cuban dance, Tabla drumming, Latin drum and bass, modern folk reggae, Asian overground, and much more.
Calling DJs, musicians and entertainers
We will be planning more World Music and Dance events and are looking for a diverse range of DJs, musicians and entertainers to take part, as well as to help with planning. It is important to us that we represent the diversity that we seek to promote.
If you can help, or know anyone who may be able to, please contact us.
